Katie Phillips, a Jackson Family Wines Ambassador, and the Core 450 culinary team led by Executive Chef Todd Warden are excited to host this unforgettable five-course dinner showcasing seven wines from the renowned Cambria Estate Winery in Santa Maria, California, and esteemed winemaker Greg Brewer, founder of Brewer-Clifton Wines in Santa Barbara.
Reservations are $120 per person (gratuity of 20% included), and capacity is limited to the first 70 people to sign up. Registration and payment by credit card is available via the form below.

Katie grew up in Northern California and studied sales and marketing at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. She managed events and catering at a local restaurant where she first fell in love with Cambria’s Tepusquet Vineyard Syrah and Julia’s Vineyard Pinot Noir by-the-glass.
In 2003, Katie began her career with Jackson Family Wines and has done everything from sales to key account management, as well as her current role as the Cambria Estate winery ambassador and educator.
She is passionate about telling the many stories of the Jackson Family wineries and enjoys putting her hospitality experience to work with events and hosting people at the winery.
Katie passed the Level One exam from the Court of Master Sommeliers and is a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators.
